New project

Today I changed my project to why softball pitching results in certain injuries. I thought this would be smart to create because I play softball and would like to share my knowledge with you about the sport. Pitching is a very strainful task and not many pitchers know how to throw staying completely relaxed. Many different reasons to why a pitch does not work or how injuries can be created.
