Third Blog Post(research)

This past week has been difficult finding research because I am trying to find more experiments on heavy and light lifting, not just information on the topic. Conducting an experiment for anything to do with lifting takes a ton of time off your hands, and your results have to be tracked throughout your experiment. Doing more research, breaking the project down into what is better for a one repetition maximum is harder than it looks, because all the sources talk about are why it is not good to only max out all the time. The higher the reps, the more endurance, the lower the reps and higher the weight, the more strength, but which one is better for a higher repetition max? I am added a ton of sources together, citing each one in a document this week.
