What type of lifting creates a higher one rep max?

Lifting high repetition with low weights vs. low repetition with high weights

I am here to create a research paper on what lifting creates a higher one rep max. I am doing this project to see if I have been lifting correctly the past couple years, to know if I will be the stronger person in the end comparable to the opposite type of lifter.

Why do this?

  • Because it helps see which style of lifting is better off for you.
  • Helps you see what you should be lifting with your weight and what isn’t necessary for you.
